Our app is designed exclusively for adults, and it is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18 to create an account or use the platform. We are committed to protecting minors, ensuring that all interactions within Marriage4life are safe, halal, and respectful, and maintaining full compliance with international laws and digital marketplace requirements.

Age Restrictions

Only individuals aged 18 or older are permitted to access Marriage4life. During registration, users are required to provide their date of birth, and in some cases, additional identity checks may be requested. If we discover that an account belongs to a minor, it will be suspended immediately and permanently removed.

Zero Tolerance for Exploitation

Marriage4life enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against child exploitation and abuse. Any form of sexual behavior involving minors, attempts to communicate with minors, grooming, or the sharing or requesting of explicit material connected to underage individuals is strictly forbidden. Any violation of this principle will result in permanent account deletion and immediate reporting to the relevant legal authorities. We comply with international frameworks such as COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), GDPR-K, and the child safety regulations of both Google Play and the Apple App Store.

Monitoring and Moderation

All user-generated content, including photos, bios, and private or public messages, is subject to continuous monitoring through both automated detection technologies and human moderation. Content that references underage activity or violates our child safety standards will be removed immediately. Reports submitted by users are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours, and urgent cases are escalated without delay.

User Safety Tools

Marriage4life provides tools that enable users to protect themselves and others. These include options to block unwanted contacts, privacy settings that allow control over profile visibility, and optional photo verification to help confirm authenticity. The app also includes safety guidance to help users engage in secure and respectful halal matchmaking.

Data Protection for Minors

Marriage4life does not knowingly collect, store, or process any personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If it comes to our attention that a minor has provided personal data, it will be deleted in line with applicable laws. The app is officially rated “Mature 18+” in all app marketplaces, and the presentation of our platform is carefully designed not to appeal to minors.

Cooperation with Authorities

Marriage4life fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations. If any case of child exploitation, abuse, or endangerment is detected, we will provide the necessary reports and information to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

Enforcement

Violations of this child safety policy will be met with strict enforcement measures. These may include warnings, account suspensions, permanent account deletion, and, when necessary, reporting to national or international authorities.
