Terms of Service for Marriage4life App

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Marriage4life App (“Marriage4life”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

1. Purpose of the App

Marriage4life is a mobile application designed primarily for halal matchmaking. The app provides a platform where individuals can create profiles, connect with other users, and communicate for the purpose of finding suitable partners.

In addition, Marriage4life offers an optional legal services feature, allowing users to connect with licensed lawyers and legal advisors through the app. These services may require separate fees and are subject to additional terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Marriage4life.
  • You confirm that all information provided to Marriage4life is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
  • You may not use the app if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable laws.

3. User Accounts

To use Marriage4life, you may be required to create an account with a valid email address or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Marriage4life reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or where fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate activity is detected.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Marriage4life, you agree to:

  • Use the app in a respectful manner consistent with halal and lawful practices.
  • Not engage in harassment, abuse, hate speech, or any inappropriate conduct.
  • Not use the app to distribute harmful software, spam, or misleading content.
  • Not impersonate other individuals or entities.

Marriage4life reserves the right to remove any content or terminate any account that violates these rules.

5. Legal Services Integration

Marriage4life provides users the ability to connect with licensed lawyers and legal advisors through the app.

  • Payments for legal services are handled securely through the app or via third-party providers.
  • Legal services are offered by independent legal professionals, not by Marriage4life itself.
  • Marriage4life does not provide legal advice and is not liable for the outcome of any legal consultation.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of Marriage4life, including premium matchmaking features or legal service integrations, may require payment.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Prices will be displayed in the app before purchase.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Privacy

Your use of Marriage4life is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

8. Disclaimers

  • Marriage4life provides a platform for users to connect but does not guarantee the success of any relationship or matchmaking outcome.
  • Marriage4life is not responsible for the conduct of its users, whether online or offline.
  • Marriage4life does not endorse or verify user-provided content. Users are solely responsible for their interactions with others.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marriage4life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or personal disputes arising from use of the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Marriage4life at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or misuse the app. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the application.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Oslo, unless mandatory consumer protection laws apply otherwise.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the app and on our website. Continued use of Marriage4life after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
